QUILLS OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/BOOK KEEPER CLERK

Looking to join the Quills team behind-the-scenes?

The person in this position will provide support to the administrative team. They will ensure accurate, timely and responsive data entry, basic bookkeeping, payroll entry and financial reporting for a variety of projects, along with providing excellent customer service and implementing efficient office procedures.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assist in updating, maintain and reconcile bank accounts (Note: several of these tasks

will be working in conjunction with Quills CPA/Accounting firm)

• Post debits, credits and transaction details

• Prepare adjusting journal entries

• Prepare bank deposits

• Prepare reports and summaries

• Process A/P invoices and prepare checks for client

• Prepare A/R invoices for distribution to various customers

• Enter payroll information

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales tax returns

• Greet persons entering the building, direct them to the correct destination

• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls, take and relay messages

• Accurately track projects through project management software

• Receive and sort mail and deliveries

• Provide general administrative and clerical support
